Individuals like you and me with a cell phone and an internet connection can in the space of an hour cast a million votes on who is the best dressed or who has the best hair style or who is the most in fashion. And no one cares what the critics think.

Putting the two concepts together it is the population at large that is defining the questions as well as providing the answers. Turn to any blog spot and you will find polls like what turns you on most in a partner or which religion best answers the needs of the world or where would you like to spend your holidays. What is in fashion is being judged on these issues and the people of the world are deciding.
