There was a time when fashion gurus decided what was in fashion and the catty critics of weekly fashion magazines decided on which movie star was the best dressed. The revolution in telecommunications and electronics has changed all that. Individuals like you and me with a cell phone and an internet connection can in the space of an hour cast a million votes on who is the best dressed or who has the best hair style or who is the most in fashion. And no one cares what the critics think.
